Our Solution

In order to increase enquiries and traffic for Riley Moss, we took a multi-level approach.

Social Media

Firstly, we created and designed the social media profiles in a way which fit the brand image but allowed Riley Moss to stand out to their target audience. We then conducted a social media competitor audit to analyse how other accountancy firms were engaging on social media. Using this information we put together a strong social media plan for Riley Moss.

Our social media activity included 1-2 unique posts a day on all their social channels, as well as a high-level of engagement with their growing audience. We engaged with their target audience on B2B networking groups and with relevant topical stories. The engagement you can see on the first set of images is all from organic social media activity.

PPC

As the Riley Moss website had not reached the levels of organic traffic needed to be able to generate the number of enquiries that Riley Moss wanted, we considered a PPC campaign. Using specialised PPC tools we analysed the best keywords to use, and optimised the ads for each specialist service, to ensure the best possible ROI.

By creating strong PPC campaigns, we were able to drive traffic to the website and convert these into enquiries. This has resulted in £10,000+ worth of fees.

Email Marketing

Our email marketing campaigns targeted solicitors and accountants for referrals for specialist accountancy services. As well as designing the emails and optimising the content, we sent over 10,000 emails.
