About the client
Vape and Go are a newly established online vape retailer based in Bolton, UK. The company was known as “Love Vapeing” on eBay but decided they wanted to create a new brand for the business that shows off their company values.
Vape & Go wanted to take advantage of giveaways and influencer marketing to get their brand out there and in front of their target audience, across the 3 major Social Media platforms:
We were tasked with the design and development of a new website for Vape and Go. The website needed to be built to handle a capacity for thousands of products.
To support the change in brand of Vape & Go, we studied their old analytics and behavioural patterns to see through the user’s eyes. We worked with our client and gathered a database of design ideas their needs, based on multiple idea generation sessions with the Seedless graphic design team and the client.
The solution was a quirky and unique logo unlike anything else in the vaping industry. Both long and condensed versions of the logo were created to fit the website, social media profiles and marketing material.
From there we then produced detailed wireframes of the Website including the homepage, a product page and the mega menu so the client could see how the website would be structured and where important buttons would be placed.
When this had been approved by the client we began the development of the website. The website was built on WordPress using WooCommerce as this had been identified as the most appropriate solution for both the client and the ideal CRM to handle the size of the online store.
Then, Seedless carried out a detailed social media strategy which was designed to be cost effective whilst also achieving mass growth of all Vape and Go social media channels, including instagram, facebook and twitter.
We ran a giveaway competition each week across all social media platforms each week.
